Nancy Ryan is the consummate professional. As investors, she understands our needs and is able to expertly match our expectations with her infinite market knowledge. She is very attentive, and always has our interest at heart. What a pleasure to have her as a vital member of our team. After we have completed our rehabs, she has successfully marketed the finished products and all properties have been under contract to qualified buyers in no more than two weeks. Most sales have been less than five days. What a Pro!

Bought a home in 2012.
Nancy was wonderful to work with. She was very helpful in pointing out the issues and benefits with each of the homes I selected to view. This was critical to my need for a short suspense home purchase in an state I did not currently live and using my VA home purchase option. When in need, she was able to help me locate local financing that proved to be far superior to any I located on my own. Her contacts with local experts was also useful when various inspection needs arose, such as for termites.

Nancy was wonderful to work with. She's very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Nanacy was flexible in working with our busy schedules. Nancy was always straight-forward with us as well never steering us toward properties or flagging properties for us to check out that didn't tie into what we were looking for. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

Nancy took me to look at many homes as I did not find one that met my picky taste. She was very understanding and supportive of my decision and still keeps in contact with me about new investments that I might be interested in.
I highly recomened this realtor. She is a down to earth and understanding agent. I would want her in my corner again when I am ready to buy.

Bought a Townhouse home in 2010 for approximately $275K in Baltimore, MD.
Nancy was fantastic helping my husband and I find our first house...twice! The first time we were looking we decided not to buy and even though Nancy had traveled many miles and spent countless hours working, she was more than gracious and when we finally decided it was time to buy, we sought her help again. Now, even after 2.5 years, we still keep in regular contact with Nancy and know that we will enlist her help again when we are ready to sell!

Bought a home in 2008.
Nancy helped me with my first house which was a shortsale and she was very knowledgable about it. Before deciding on that home, she showed me a couple dozen others and was always available and always got an appointment very quickly. I am gettinng ready to buy my second house and I am already working with Nancy. This experience is a great as the first. I told her what I was looking for yesterday and already have several great options reccomended by her today. I strongly reccommend using Nancy as your real estate agent, you will not be disappointed

Nancy has been helping me look for properties for over a year. I have been very selective and am searching for my dream home. During this time, she has remained patient with me, and always available to show me a property I wanted to see.
We have recently found one that I am in the process of purchasing. She has been very responsive to every aspect of the process. She has volunteered to perform more tasks to help with the process such as working with my lender. She has also been on hand to meet with me on subsequent looks at the property and has done research on my behalf into the property details and history.
I would highly recommend Nancy to anyone looking for a home. She knows her trade and her advice throughout the process has been spot on. I have met many other agents and have not been satisfied with their service. Nancy is absolutely one of the best and most knowledgeable agents I have ever met.
