I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Nate in the winter/spring of 2013. He sold a town home I had inherited in Fearrington Village and the sale literally hit every road bump you could imagine (none of which were the fault of Nate) and he handled each new challenge with a calm, patient, and very experienced manner. As I was living out of state, Nate kept me in touch with every detail of the sale and took on a lot of additional responsibilities due to my physical location. Nate was the dream agent and I would offer him my highest recommendation. He is professional, a very thorough communicator, and I felt I could trust his advice immediately.

Bought a home in 2013 in Carpenter, Cary, NC 27519.
Nate first helped me 3 years ago to find a rental. He showed me two locations that met my interests. He was paid nothing for helping me, but I gave him my promise that I would use him in the future if I began looking for a house. That time came, and I gave Nate a call. He immediately came over to meet with me, and we began looking at houses in my desired neighborhood. He was respectful to other realtors and was professional in his interactions with them.
Houses were selling as quickly as they were being listed. I lost out on a house that sold in a few days. Nate helped present a strong backup offer, which was accepted. He did express concerns that I was overpaying for the house, and I appreciated his honesty. Also, in looking at a previous house, he pointed out flaws that needed to be remedied and was able to give approximate costs for flooring, painting, and remodeling.
My backup offer ended up not being accepted until too late; I had found a better house! Nate had called me in the morning about a new listing. We saw it that day, he was able to point out positives and negatives of the house, he felt the house was priced right, and he worked diligently to prepare an offer that day. My offer was accepted before the house was snatched by another buyer.
When it came to moving, Nate made suggestions for movers, a cleaning service, contractors, etc. Based on his experience, he felt he could make the recommendations. His help made the moving process go smoothly.
I would recommend Nate to anyone. He quickly learns his client's "likes," and he is prompt, cordial, accommodating, and professional. Not only did he help me find the best house, but he was then able to steer me in the right direction for remodeling. He helped me from the start through the closing, and he is still available to assist me if I need him!
