We have been very impressed with the Nate Evans. Upon the closing of our house, our interactions with this group have been utmost professional. After moving in, our gutters were cleaned, follow up with the previous owners picking up belonging was facilitated and monitored, and paint issues have been addressed. Nate met with us in early October to discuss listing our house. He gave us advice on setting up our house to sell, brought comparables, and helped us find the right price to list our house at. He and members of his team were incredibly responsive when we did have a question or wanted to talk. My husband and I both work during the day and are not always available so Nate was flexible with time and talked with us in the evenings. He communicated with us in the ways that worked best for us utilizing phone, email, and text messaging. The only area where I really felt like I was not prepared by Nate is the part after you sign a contract. I felt very out of the loop about the closing process.

Both Kelly and Nate were extremely professional in helping me sell my duplex and buy a new home. Kelly is very detail oriented and was on top of all aspects of my experience, including marketing and showing my home to potential buyers and finding and scheduling new properties to view. She was persistent in keeping in contact with the party who eventually purchased my home and was quick to help find my new home. Perhaps, most importantly, she is a master of all details of the process, from working with a bank for a mortgage to interacting with my lawyer, arranging home inspections, and negotiating offers and contracts. Kelly was always available to answer my questions or concerns, which were many in such a highly stressful situation. Not only was I anxious about my own issues but also those of my tenants in the other half of my duplex. When I first contemplated selling the duplex, I assumed that it would sell quickly as an investment property. I soon learned from Nate's and Kelly's knowledge of the local real estate market that this was not the case but that duplexes were actually difficult to sell. Due to skillful marketing, however, I had many viewing requests from potential buyers. When they began to slow down after a couple of months, Nate and Kelly stayed in contact and assured me that all it takes is the right buyer. So I settled into the position that it may take up to a year but it would probably sell in the spring, when the market heated up again. However, I received and accepted an offer in January, after about six months on the market. I attribute this to skillful marketing and persistent follow-up with potential buyers. Finally, I want to thank all members of the Nate Evans Group with whom I had contact during this process; they are great team.
