After graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy and spending eight years in the Marine Corps, I moved to Pensacola in 1992 and started a kitchen remodeling business in 1995.  I went through naval flight officer training at NAS Pensacola back in 1987-'88 and decided this is where I needed to live.  We are blessed to live in such a great part of the country.

I have spent the past 17 years building a first class reputation as a thoughtful, considerate, honest, hard-working kitchen remodeling professional who takes a back seat to no one with regard to quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

I work with many out-of-town customers, as far away as Los Angeles, CA, in renovating beach rental property. They know that I will do the job correctly and deliver 100% of what I promised. My background means that I do not need anyone looking over my shoulder.  I do thing the right way because I know of no other way to do it!  That doesn't mean I don't like my customers hanging out with me while I do my thing.  I make many friends in the community this way.

I offer full service kitchen remodeling, including contractor services through a trusted residential contractor. So if you need walls moved or an addition built to accommodate your new dream kitchen, no problem.  I've worked with the same professionals for years and know they are good people.

I also offer kitchen facelifts like door replacement, full cabinet refacing, and cabinet recoloring, which are all explained in detail on my website.

Lastly, I work with a local reputable granite/solid surface fabricator so that your kitchen remodeling project is seamless. Many types of counter tops are offered--engineered quartz, granite, solid surface, or laminate--and I've worked with this fabricator for two years. They continually exceed my expectations.

Please give me a call if you're remodeling your kitchen or bathrooms.  I'm licensed and insured and offer free in-home estimates.

Sincerely,
Nate Moore

Cabinet and counterop installation

My wife and I had wanted to remodel our kitchen for several years after purchasing an older house with a kitchen that was dark and dated.

Nate did a first rate job and is a first rate guy. We felt completely at ease with him being in our house when we were at work and he was also unobtrusive when we were home.

Nate worked with us to install a great product that matched our budget. The cabinets look great and are of a much higher quality than what was offered by the big box home stores... and 40% cheaper.

Cabinet design and installation

Nate was a key player in the complete remodel and transformation of my kitchen. We started from a concrete slab and a picture of a kitchen I found on the internet, and ended up with a masterpiece. It truly is my dream kitchen, and no other cabinet company or "big box" store could come close to getting my project done on budget, on my timeline, and with as much attention to detail.

I took my kitchen ideas to 4 different places, including Nate. The same design was quoted for $60,000 by one, $30,000 by another, and the remaining company didn't listen to me when I gave them my "must haves" so I didn't ask for a quote from them. Nate delivered quality, custom cabinets for less than $20,000, and I couldn't be happier with them.

Nate''s attention to even the small details helped make the project run smoothly. He researched the installation instructions and specifications on my appliances to make sure every detail was accounted for.

Nate''s work proves that it is possible to have a luxury, designer kitchen on a budget. After receiving the higher-end quotes, I was starting to think I would have to scale back on the extras I wanted in my kitchen. Nate was able to make it all happen, plus even more. I will definitely recommend his work to others, and I will continue to use him in the future as I update other rooms in my home.

Work Description:

Custom cabinet design, production and installation as well as project coordination with countertop, flooring, and tile installers.

When we started looking for someone to help us renovate our kitchen, we knew we wanted to find someone who "got" what we were trying to do. We had a number of antique glass-fronted barrister bookcases that we wanted to incorporate into the design, so we needed someone who was up to the challenge of building custom cabinets that both included these cases and replicated their look. As soon as we met Nate, we knew we had our man (or guy). To complicate things, half of our kitchen space was built in the 1890s and the other half in the 1970s, and nothing was square or level. Of course, the antique bookcases had to fit into the older space, and they fit with about an eighth of an inch to spare. Nate did a masterful job of coming up with a plan, designing beautiful cabinets that work seamlessly with our old bookcases, and getting it all to fit perfectly. He also connected us with everyone we needed for countertops, flooring, and tile. Nate was a pleasure to work with and always went above and beyond what we asked ... and we asked a lot. We could not be happier with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Nate for a job of any scope or challenge you could come up with.  More Less
