Although i work with many first time buyer's, my past sales have lead me into referrals from past clients & a large property management business. My investors are taking advantage of this low interest rate market to buy now while the cash flow is larger than it has ever been.

Helped me rent a Single Family home in Bothell, WA.

Judy offers her opinion on the rental agreements in a rude and unprofessional manner. She supports slumlord/landlords in neglecting their property and required upkeep. This property owner will rent after they do cover up work on water damage from their faulty appliances to the back kitchen wall and floor. There is black mold in this house! The backyard is not level as claimed and the fence around the yard is from 1980's, after the house was built, and is rotting and falling down, owner doesn't want to replace.  More Less
