Bought a home in 2013.
I just closed on my first House, and Nely help me find the perfect house for me, with the best view in the world. At first I was working with a mortgage guy that wasn't very helpful, and Nely recommended a mortgage person whom she had worked with, and got me a great interest rate type loan. Because I bought a foreclosed home, the selling bank was difficult at time and Nely helped me with the entire processes. She has gone far and beyond what any other realtor has done. Nely is the BEST!! you would be crazy not to call her! She helps you find not just a house but a home, she REALLY listens to what you need and helps you find it by showing you ALL the options in your price range. I'll never use another agent

Bought a Single Family home in 1987 in Mchenry, IL.
To me Nely isn't just a realtor but is like a friend who deeply cares and gives one hundred percent of herself to her clients. I have worked with other Realtors but Nely is exception and her wealth of knowledge makes her a stand out. There was not a single question that I ever had since I bought my home or afterward that she couldn't answer, about financing and refinancing, the market and new developments, or negotiations.
