Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Canby, OR.
We highly recommend Marybeth. She is a hard worker and extremely quick to respond to her clients. She is very knowledgeable about the area and the homes she shows you. We looked at countless homes for quite a long time before finding the right place. We never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. We would use her again in the future and recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good realtor.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $275K in Hillsboro, OR.
Marybeth was the first agent that actually listened to us and understood what we wanted. She made wise suggestions but it was clear that she knew what we were looking for. Marybeth worked very well with the sellers and seller agent and made sure we stayed in the loop through the process. She is cheerful, personable, fun, and very responsive -- great to work with. When we need to sell our home and buy a different one, we will definitely be working with Marybeth again.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Hubbard, OR.
MaryBeth was always there when I had a question or wanted to look at house! It was fun shopping with her. I would highly recommend her for your next home buying experience !!! Very knowledgable with the houses and he worked very hard for us and because of that we got the house we wanted!!!

Being a part of one of the most major decisions in people's lives is a huge responsibility. Even though it is a fun discovery to see what is available, it is very serious business when you are helping them decide how they are going to spend that much money.

Bought a Single Family home in 2007 in Canby, OR.
Marybeth is the best! She did an amazing job of finding an 'impossible-to-find' home for us in a nearly impossible situation.
As a school teacher on a modest income, with five children, my wife and I were in need of more space to keep the family happy. Marybeth found us a beautiful home that met all of our criteria, and then she put together an incredible USDA loan that made the purchase possible. The house had an unfinished basement, which we quickly remodeled giving 2 extra bedrooms, a very large bathroom, a second kitchen space, and a family room. We have been very happy here.
She worked diligently every step of the way, and went far, far out of her way to answer all of our questions. She is an incredible Realtor!

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $225K in Newberg, OR.
Marybeth was the best!!! Short sales are no fun, but she knew her stuff and continues to be a great resource and we can't wait till we get our next house someday to do business with her again!!

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2010.
Marybeth worked hard for us to sell our home and also look for a new home. She is a wonderful person plus very very professional. If I needed a realtor at any time I would go to Marybeth and I would recomend (and have) her to all of my friends.

Bought a home in 2011.
i just can't say enough good things about Marybeth, her real estate knowledge and especially her knowledge of equestrain type properties is top notch, her responsiveness was excellent, she always answer's her phone and when asked to take care of something would take care of it immediately, she is a master negoitiater and always had our best interest at the fore front. Marybeth is honest, professional and most of all one of the nicest people you will ever meet!!

It was amazing to find such a nice place and a great fit for two of the nicest & most honest people I know! I can't say enough about how it feels to help people get what they need. These buyers were very patient, and diligently watched for the right thing to come along. When it did, it was definately worth waiting for!
