This was my first time buying a house and I wasn't sure what to expect, but TaMeika made it a great experience for me. She sent me lists of several houses that all met my needs and when I found the ones I liked I was able to visit them within a few days. Whenever I had a question about a technical term (those contracts are confusing) she explained it to me in a way i could understand. One of my biggest worries was going to closing and being hit with a bunch of fees i wasn't prepared for so she contacted the attorney and bank loan officer several times and had them put in writing what was due at the time of closing, which was a big relief for me because when i called them they each told me something different.
