Bought a Condo home in 2012 in New Hope, MN.Summary:
I contacted Niki to purchase a home and within a day we were out looking. She looked to see what was new on the market on a daily basis and sent them to me.I found my townhome and Niki was very aware of my interests in submitting an offer.
Two weeks prior to closing , a lien was found on my townhome. Niki worked diligently to assure that I did not pay this and still closed on time. She was also very aware of any monies that are available in the city to aid you in your purchase. I have previously puchased 2 other homes and sold and Niki is the best agent that I have dealt with. I was very impressed with Niki through my recent homebuying experience, and it takes quite a bit to impress me. I know Niki for aprrox.15 years and have learnt to expect the best from her. She has sold my house in the toughtest times and recently helped us bought a new house for a great price.
Niki's is an exceptional listener, knows the real estate business, understands the trends and gives great advice where its needed.
