Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $250k in Brooklyn Park, MN.Summary:
Niki is the most networked Real Estate Professional that I have ever worked with. She has a wide range of knowledge to adapt to the changing markets. I would recommend Niki to anyone, especially family and friends who are in this tough market.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Shingle Creek, Minneapolis, MN.Summary:
I learned of Niki through a recommendation, and couldn't have been happier to have her as our selling agent in what was the midst of the 2008 - 2010 real estate meltdown.
Niki's professionalism, attention to detail, and follow through in selling a home (estate sale of my mom's home who passed away) in North Minneapolis (near Brooklyn Center border) was amazing to be perfectly frank. The house was certainly in good condition, but in a neighborhood that was dominated by the sheer number of foreclosures.
Niki invested more time and effort in advertising, marketing, and doing whatever she could to raise the visibility of our listing than I would have expected had the house sold for three times what we sold it for ($75k).
Lastly, Niki's energy and enthusiasm for helping and working with us (her clients) was a blessing given how difficult the market was. Finding an agent that is competent, tech savvy, and who is more concerned with serving her clients than the size of her commission is rare - and made a difficult process more manageable than I had ever expected.
