Sold a home in 2013.
Nancy helped me with every aspect of buying this home in Livonia. As I was not entirely familiar with the area, Nancy helped me find exactly what I wanted in the price range. She went above and beyond, working with my chaotic schedule and showed me homes at all days and times. I have never met another realtor who was more helpful in that respect. I had to find a home in a short time frame, in a specific range and within a specific location and Nancy found me the perfect home. I am so happy with everything and would certainly choose Nancy again for future needs!

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Canton, MI.
I've dealt with a lot of real estate agents in the past who were literally just after a "deal", and just looked out for themselves. You can always tell. Nancy is that rare person you come across who truly enjoys people, works tirelessly to help them, and is absolutely committed and capable to doing a first-rate job. She's one of the nicest, most honest, and hardest working individuals I've ever worked with, as well as a true professional.
Nancy really knows the real estate market and I always felt like she had my back no matter what. She's a down to earth person who makes you feel confident in her abilities and honest enough to let a deal go if it isn't in your best interest--NOT hers! She always treated me with respect and I observed that's how she treats everyone else as well. She has infinite patience, will answer any "dumb" questions you have, and seems genuinely interested in seeing things through the right way, even if it doesn't result in a faster "sale" for her.
Beyond that, she's just a very fun person to be around! I can't recommend Nancy highly enough. Their aren't many business people I trust enough to recommend without hesitation to family and friends, but Nancy is definitely one of them--I trust her completely. I've worked with her to both buy and sell homes, and she's equally great at both. She helped me through some very tough situations during some very tough times, and she's now my Realtor for life.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $100K in Westland, MI.
I have bought and sold many homes with Nancy Downey as my realtor. She is always professional, very knowledgeable, responsive and diligent. Nancy always goes that extra mile to make sure that things are done promptly and correctly. She's very attentive and is always available, even if it's just to answer a question. I would highly recommend Nancy to anyone looking for a realtor!

Sold a home in 2010.
Nancy has helped me with 4 different home transactions, one lease and one rental property in the past 10 years. She has always gone above and beyond to make sure that I walk away with the best outcome. In all areas of real estate, Nancy has been very knowledgeable and has even helped when I needed to rent a place while my home was being built. I have referred her on to many of my colleagues, some who were looking to buy and another just to lease a condominium. Nancy is the only real estate agent that I trust!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $600K in Novi, MI.
We decided to work with Nancy for the first time when we planned on selling our home in Novi. She was very knowledgeable and did her homework when she presented us with the facts needed to list our home. Once we listed with her, she was available to answer calls anytime of day or night. I have never worked with someone who was more dedicated and more willing to please her clients. If she didn't have an answer for something, she would get it within an hour. She brought us several offers within the first few weeks and did her best to help us work through each. We also contracted Nancy to help us find our dream home. She listened to what we wanted and never tried a "hard-sell" approach. When we found the perfect place, she handled the negotiations professionally and I believe, got us a great deal. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Best realtor I have ever worked with in 30 years!

Bought a home in 2010.
We used Nancy when purchasing our first home. We had a pretty stringent budget to stick to and had a lot of things on our wish list. Nancy went with us to house after house helped us crunch numbers and gave us her honest opinion. When we finally found "the one" Nancy promptly submitted our offer and walked us through the process step by step, when our inspection came back she went to bat for us with negotiations getting us exactly what we wanted! Nancy is the only realtor we will ever use!

Nancy Downey was an amazing agent to work with! She was very well versed in the real estate market of southeast Michigan and took the time to figure out what we wanted then put together properties that met our criteria. She was always willing to answer our questions and show us more properties. From the time of our first meeting, my wife and I could tell that Nancy was 100% dedicated to her clients and was willing to go the extra mile to get us into our dream house! I would recommend her to all of my friends and family.
