Corinda,Thank you for your reply. We live in Seattle so we can come see it anytime but I'm not sure I understand the layout.The house looks like 1.5 stories with a basement correct? Does that mean you have 1 bedroom on the top floor, none on the main floor and 3 in the basement? If so that probably won't work for us. We are looking for 3 bedrooms located within one floor of each other and all above grade.Also, was all the plumbing and electrical updated when the house was remodeled or just the remodeled portions?Nikki

I'm very interested in this property. I am not working with an agent and I can close immediately upon inspection.Could you tell me what systems have been updated, what remodeling has been done, as well as where the bedrooms and bathrooms are located?
