Nolan was friendly and helpful, he helped us navigate a complex purchase and was always professional. He was very careful to support our desires in a home and enable us to make choices that we were comfortable with.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Mill Creek, WA.
Man... I can't even begin to express how awesome Nolan was. We were looking for a house this summer during a pretty large bubble on the Eastside. Each property was a multi-offer situation, and we had to move right away. Our previous realtor(s) were slow and old fashioned. Most of the time I would know more about the property than they did. We finally got the nerve to fire our realtor and move to a professional. Nolan met with me face to face and figured out exactly what we were looking for. We had 6 failed offers previously, on our first offer Nolan was able to write up the deal and beat out multiple offers. The experience from there was awesome, he was very communicative during the whole process and took care of everything. Nolan went above and beyond what I would have expected from a Realtor, we're customers as long as we live in this area!

Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Ballard, Seattle, WA.
Working with Nolan to buy my condo was a great experience. He was very friendly, and knowledgable. He always made time to meet up and show me the place before closing. I would recommend him very highly to everyone.

Bought a home in 2012.
Nolan was a great agent for very demanding buyers like my wife and I. Always available for our questions about the property and process of buying a foreclosed property. He was able to get things done very professionally and in a timely manner.
Nolan used all of the resources he had available to move the transaction forward while dealing with an unresponsive listing agent. We are so happy to be in our home
thanks to Nolan. If we ever buy another property we will use Nolan again and have recommended Nolan to our friends and family.

nolan help me purchase a condo , Nolan knew all the requirement and made sure the condo was solvent work closely with the lender made sure I had the right documents to
the close the deal!!!!!!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Marysville, WA.
My wife and I purchased a HUD property through multiple difficulties with the financing. Nolan provided consistent and active assistance over a seven month haul to help use finally close the deal. He represented our interested very well, helped us save money, go through the internals of a messy process, and get us a house at a great deal.

From the very first time I meet Nolan Vance from Miller Laine Properties I felt confident of his educated knowledge in short sales and HUD homes. I honestly recommend Nolan for his trustworthy personality, responsive to my calls and email not to mention his sense of humor when need it to be, and flexibility to show homes.
Nolan negotiation skills helped me to close my home first time buying at ease.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Marysville, WA.
Nolan was fantastic during our entire purchase, we were very picky for our price range and he helped narrow down alot of the choices, and pointed out pros/cons on each one. He was also great when we dragged our three children along with us and was incredably friendly with them (even during fits). Our purchase took awhile due to various issues, all of which were outside of Nolan's control but he got the right people together and followed up everytime. If we ever sell or buy again Nolan will be our first call!

Nolan exhibited the highest form of customer care before, during, and AFTER the sale process. I would recommend him to any of my friends looking to buy or sell a home.
I placed several offers on various properties (some were very low compared to asking price). Nolan was willing to submit some offers that did not receive acknowledgement from the seller.
He was very helpful in explaining the loan and financing process and coordinating information with the mortgage company.
Finally, after the completion of the sale Nolan was willing to stp in and tie up the loose ends related to the property such as appliance probelms and key access to my storage room. Overall, a very positive purchase experience puts me firmly in the "Raving Satisfied Customer" Category
