I have been licensed since 2002 and acquired my Brokers License in 2008. My passion is helping people, and creating communities to engage, inspire, influence and interact.  My success today results from the ability to build, leverage and sustain solid, quality mutually beneficial relationships on multiple levels, within the world of real estate. I use these tools to leverage negotiations and transactions making getting to the settlement table easier in a changing market.  For me everything is all about relationships.

Speaking of relationships, I have three grown children, two of which have served in the armed services.   I am happily married and own two dogs.
