Hello! My name is Michael Ramos and  I am a Realtor in the South Bay Area. My Fiance, Kristin, and I live in  Santana Row and like to think of ourselves as a local experts of the  surrounding area. We share our home with our two "children": rescued Dalmatian Mix - Zoey and rescued DSH cat - Keilani.   In our spare time we enjoy BBQing with friends, wine tasting and traveling. 
 
While I pride myself on my knowledge and familiarity of Santa Clara County, I have also helped clients as far away as Monterey County, Sacramento County and San Joaquin County. My educational background includes a BA in Business Management and over 1000 hours of Continuing Education Courses in Real Estate Related Subjects. 

My main field of expertise is Single Family Residential Properties. I specialize in First Time Homebuyers and Out-of-State Sellers.  I have participated in over 200 transactions including Short Sales, REOs, and FHA, Conventional, VA and Homepath Loan Programs, to name a few.

      Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $475K in Cambrian Park, San Jose, CA.
      I was looking for a home to purchase as an investment but waste quite sure weather I wanted more appreciation or rental income, he was able to show me my options around in the bay area, Michael Introduced me into new willow glen. Also know as Cambrian/ at the border line,

      Michael was very responsive, especially since he is one of the top agents in his company, he sells on average of 25-30 homes a year, He doesn't just show homes he does a lot, as he negotiate with the banks, work short sales, and spends the time previewing new homes in the area that I was looking for and building relationships with managers high up to always be on the cutting edge of the banks processes. I was told that bank are known for ripping buyers off and he was able to catch it for me.

      The home was in need of some repair work and I haven't rehabbed a home before. He had a whole team that was able to rehab the home in under 3 weeks for a more than reasonable price.

      I would highly recommend him as he was extremely knowledgeable as well as had the right tools to get the job done. I hope this is just only the beginning of our new relationship.

      We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Sunnyvale, CA
      I have contacted Mr. Ramos to ask for his help in writing up an offer. I had to call him several times before he returned my call. When he did finally call, he stated that he is busy and would not be available to meet on weekends. His tone of voice was unprofessional and made me feel that he is doing me a favor if he were to help me write up an offer! My husband and I were genuinely interested in making a fair offer on a house that is listed with him, and because of his rude attitude we decided to find a different house instead.  MoreLess

      Thank you for taking the time to write a review for me. Any feedback that I can use to better myself is appreciated. From my recollection, you wanted to make an offer on a home that I had listed and I advised you that it would be best to find a Buyer's Agent that would work exclusively for you. Because I was the Listing Agent, I did not feel that I could provide the best service to you without jeopardizing the relationship with my Seller. We spoke about my listing a few times, and I was unable to meet with you that weekend because I was already committed to holding my listing open. I apologize for the miscommunication regarding the situation, and I hope that you were able to find an agent (and a home) that better suited your needs. Thank you again for your review, and I will work on communicating things more clearly.
