Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $475K in Cambrian Park, San Jose, CA.
I was looking for a home to purchase as an investment but waste quite sure weather I wanted more appreciation or rental income, he was able to show me my options around in the bay area, Michael Introduced me into new willow glen. Also know as Cambrian/ at the border line,

Michael was very responsive, especially since he is one of the top agents in his company, he sells on average of 25-30 homes a year, He doesn't just show homes he does a lot, as he negotiate with the banks, work short sales, and spends the time previewing new homes in the area that I was looking for and building relationships with managers high up to always be on the cutting edge of the banks processes. I was told that bank are known for ripping buyers off and he was able to catch it for me.

The home was in need of some repair work and I haven't rehabbed a home before. He had a whole team that was able to rehab the home in under 3 weeks for a more than reasonable price.

I would highly recommend him as he was extremely knowledgeable as well as had the right tools to get the job done. I hope this is just only the beginning of our new relationship.

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Sunnyvale, CA
I have contacted Mr. Ramos to ask for his help in writing up an offer. I had to call him several times before he returned my call. When he did finally call, he stated that he is busy and would not be available to meet on weekends. His tone of voice was unprofessional and made me feel that he is doing me a favor if he were to help me write up an offer! My husband and I were genuinely interested in making a fair offer on a house that is listed with him, and because of his rude attitude we decided to find a different house instead.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review for me. Any feedback that I can use to better myself is appreciated. From my recollection, you wanted to make an offer on a home that I had listed and I advised you that it would be best to find a Buyer's Agent that would work exclusively for you. Because I was the Listing Agent, I did not feel that I could provide the best service to you without jeopardizing the relationship with my Seller. We spoke about my listing a few times, and I was unable to meet with you that weekend because I was already committed to holding my listing open. I apologize for the miscommunication regarding the situation, and I hope that you were able to find an agent (and a home) that better suited your needs. Thank you again for your review, and I will work on communicating things more clearly.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $475K in West San Jose, San Jose, CA.
Mike is a great listener, and is intuitive with our personal taste. He took the time to research and drive by homes and neighborhoods to ensure us that we will not waste our time viewing a property that would be distasteful to our search. I love the new neighborhood that Mike turned us on to. I not only got a sweet negotiated markdown from the asking price, I also got great customer service, hookups with handymen, a welcome letter that Mike wrote and personally distributed to our neighborhood, and an awesome steak dinner! Thanks Mike!!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2004 for approximately $425K in Fairgrounds, San Jose, CA.
When I met Michael, I was an inexperienced home buyer that was looking in an area that I thought I wanted to live. Michael was very knowledgeable of the area and took me around to help me become familiar with the neighborhood. I decided that it wasn't for me, and I'm thankful that I wasnt too proud to admit that he was right! When I did find the home I was looking for, Michael was very helpful in explaining all of the paperwork and the entire process. While I must admit that he did seem like a very busy person, I never had a problem contacting him or getting a call back. He was always on top of making appointments with me, planning a time even 2 weeks in advance! He is younger than most of the other agents in the area, but he knows his stuff and tells it like it is. He wont hesitate to tell you when he thinks something is a bad idea, and that is definitely a plus when you're making a huge decision like buying a home. You dont want someone keeping quiet and letting you make the biggest mistake of your life! I would not hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone looking to buy a home.

Bought a home in 2011.
Michael helped me purchase my townhouse in March 2011 and I've only signed up yet another service, to recommend him.

Michael & I have been working together to find my current home since 2008. I'm very demanding and at times unreasonable however, Michael didn't waver in his capacity to help me find the perfect home. He'll work within (or out) of your perimeters and will suggest some very creative idea that maybe you may not have thought of. His attention to details is incredible and not to mention his patience. He knew the and studied-up on the local neighborhoods that I wanted to see and we'd tackle them on the weekends.

I haven't used any other agents before Michael and I don't feel the need to in the future, ever. Michael is like family and he's an ace. I strongly recommend Michael Ramos for anyone looking for their dream home, the experience was life changing for me.

Thank you Michael and All the Best, -Long Phung (First time home buyer)

Ps. Please feel free to contact me if you want more details on my personal experience with Michael, but please don't spam. lkphung(at) gmail (dot)com

Bought a home in 2011.
Michael helped my fiance and I (first time home buyers) purchase our first home. Throughout the entire process Michael was extremely helpful, positive, and personable. It was just like working with a good friend. He was responsive to emails and our phone calls and made sure to keep in contact with us from the beginning to the end (which was several months). When it came down to putting in an offer he made the time to go over every detail within the offer contract and answered all questions we had in person. We were still nervous but at least we had a clear understanding of the process. I should also mention that he was up into the late hours of the night emailing us the status of our offer. He also even took my phone call close to midnight to discuss accepting a counter offer but really it was more so to lessen my nerves. Michael also went above and beyond in processing our the sale of our home. We ran into an issue with our appraisal and despite it being stressful, Michael carefully let us know about the issue but assured us he would fix it, and sure enough he did. Not only did he fix that issue he also drove from Saratoga, CA to San Francisco, CA to make sure our documents would get to the lending company as soon as possible in hopes of us closing before a long weekend (fourth of July). I am greatly indebted to Michael in helping us find our first home. And I would without a doubt highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $775K in West Murphy, Sunnyvale, CA.
I found Michael through a mailer after he sold a house around the corner from the house we were renting. Michael is the ultimate professional, always ready with the answers for a first time buyer. He understands that most folk don't buy a house everyday and have questions and he has the basic answers and if it is a doosey, he gets right back to me with the answer. He and his Wife are the perfect team for the first time buyer and even those who do more than one purchase in their life. My advice for you? Call Michael and Kristin right now!

Sold a Multiple Occupancy home in 2013 in Russian Hill, San Francisco, CA.
Michael Ramos, the first name that comes to my mind when ever I think or talk about real estate.

Iv had the pleasure of doing business with Michael a few years back when I wanted to list my multiple home unit that I had inherited. My only problem was I had no idea how or even where to start, I literally couldn’t even sell my car with out help :/.

Long story short I came across Mr. Ramos while I was out having brunch with my family, I was eavesdropping on a conversion he was having with some clients. I was very intrigued with the way Michael had spoken to the couple, his calming but ever so certain words and knowledge kept the couple docile as they too where first time sellers. As I was leaving I asked him for his business card, for the most part he was very easy to reach all hours of the day, if how ever he was busy I always received a call back at a reasonable time. All said and done Michael was able to get multiple offers on the table & sold 4% over asking, even with the current tenants!

This highly educated individual is not the typical run-of-the-mill real estate agent, he takes great care when it comes to buying or selling a home and executes each deal with unmatched precision.

Showed home in 2014 in Lawrence, Santa Clara, CA 95051.
I would highly recommend Michael Ramos! As a first time buyer I had a list full of questions. Purchasing power, budget, payments, rates, and many other concerns. He actually took the time to reach out to me to address all of my questions. He did it in such a professional demeanor, and with full patience. As it took me several months to finally make a decision on a home.

Thank you Michael!
