Michael was a fantastic realtor! He was very attentive but not overly aggressive or salesman like. Michael gave us great advice on factors to think about with regard to resale value of homes we were viewing that I would have never thought about. He also advised us on how to navigate the tricky negotiation process of buying our home. He took the initiative when the inspection of the home we bought had some issues to communicate with the selling agent to get them resolved.
