I was looking for a home to purchase as an investment but waste quite sure weather I wanted more appreciation or rental income, he was able to show me my options around in the bay area, Michael Introduced me into new willow glen. Also know as Cambrian/ at the border line,

Michael was very responsive, especially since he is one of the top agents in his company, he sells on average of 25-30 homes a year, He doesn't just show homes he does a lot, as he negotiate with the banks, work short sales, and spends the time previewing new homes in the area that I was looking for and building relationships with managers high up to always be on the cutting edge of the banks processes. I was told that bank are known for ripping buyers off and he was able to catch it for me.

The home was in need of some repair work and I haven't rehabbed a home before. He had a whole team that was able to rehab the home in under 3 weeks for a more than reasonable price.

I would highly recommend him as he was extremely knowledgeable as well as had the right tools to get the job done. I hope this is just only the beginning of our new relationship.

When I met Michael, I was an inexperienced home buyer that was looking in an area that I thought I wanted to live. Michael was very knowledgeable of the area and took me around to help me become familiar with the neighborhood. I decided that it wasn't for me, and I'm thankful that I wasnt too proud to admit that he was right! When I did find the home I was looking for, Michael was very helpful in explaining all of the paperwork and the entire process. While I must admit that he did seem like a very busy person, I never had a problem contacting him or getting a call back. He was always on top of making appointments with me, planning a time even 2 weeks in advance! He is younger than most of the other agents in the area, but he knows his stuff and tells it like it is. He wont hesitate to tell you when he thinks something is a bad idea, and that is definitely a plus when you're making a huge decision like buying a home. You dont want someone keeping quiet and letting you make the biggest mistake of your life! I would not hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone looking to buy a home.

Michael & I have been working together to find my current home since 2008. I'm very demanding and at times unreasonable however, Michael didn't waver in his capacity to help me find the perfect home. He'll work within (or out) of your perimeters and will suggest some very creative idea that maybe you may not have thought of. His attention to details is incredible and not to mention his patience. He knew the and studied-up on the local neighborhoods that I wanted to see and we'd tackle them on the weekends.

I haven't used any other agents before Michael and I don't feel the need to in the future, ever. Michael is like family and he's an ace. I strongly recommend Michael Ramos for anyone looking for their dream home, the experience was life changing for me.

Michael helped my fiance and I (first time home buyers) purchase our first home. Throughout the entire process Michael was extremely helpful, positive, and personable. It was just like working with a good friend. He was responsive to emails and our phone calls and made sure to keep in contact with us from the beginning to the end (which was several months). When it came down to putting in an offer he made the time to go over every detail within the offer contract and answered all questions we had in person. We were still nervous but at least we had a clear understanding of the process. I should also mention that he was up into the late hours of the night emailing us the status of our offer. He also even took my phone call close to midnight to discuss accepting a counter offer but really it was more so to lessen my nerves. Michael also went above and beyond in processing our the sale of our home. We ran into an issue with our appraisal and despite it being stressful, Michael carefully let us know about the issue but assured us he would fix it, and sure enough he did. Not only did he fix that issue he also drove from Saratoga, CA to San Francisco, CA to make sure our documents would get to the lending company as soon as possible in hopes of us closing before a long weekend (fourth of July). I am greatly indebted to Michael in helping us find our first home. And I would without a doubt highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

We were looking for our first investment property and was referred to Mike. In the past have had a not so pleasant experience with Realtors when buying our primary house. However, working with Michael was a wonderful experience. I like how he approaches the search by putting all the facts and figures on the table but without leaving the buyer feeling pressed to rush. He helped us a lot in discussing pros and cons on every property we looked at, did more research on our request to arrive at an informed decision. He is very knowledgable in the local market, trends and always in search of latest information that is crucial to buyers and sellers.

We are now on the hunt for a house for us to move in for better schools and Mike is helping us with that as well.

It should not go unsaid that Mike's assistance Kristen also does an awesome job in support activities. The have this edoc service that enabled me being in China and still bidding on a property and getting accepted.
