Michael approached the preparation for sale impressively. He has a strong understanding of how to prepare, photograph, market, negotiate and close a property. I have no reason not to recommend him and many reason to positively recommend him.
When communicating with Michael he responded promptly whether the effort was email or telephone.
We were very fortunate to have Michael on our side in finding our dream home. We found Michael through zillow’s review, so it's only fair if we say what a fantastic experience it was working with him and help other choose him as their realtor. Here is our story: Being a first-time buyer and with so many realtors around in this competitive market, we didn’t want to pick one in hurry. We were looking for a town-home in the middle of silicon valley. My wife read about Michael on zillow, I called him that afternoon and got an appointment to meet him in person the same day. Our meeting was in stark contrast to the one I had before with another realtor. Mike took the time to understand our needs, wishes and constraints. He was straight forward explaining us what he expected in return from his clients. At the end of our 1.5hr meeting, we knew that we found our guy. He assured us that it’s possible to get a place that meet our needs. Immediately after our meeting, Mike started sending us listings that matched our interests. We had regular meetings before every weekend to discuss about upcoming open-houses and filter out our picks. Mike helped us in figuring out which location would work for us. He introduced us to new areas which we didn’t know/consider. We found Mike very responsive, honest and straight forward, in some cases even asking us to avoid certain properties & locations since it would not work for us. He made himself available at almost every time we called and when we were at a property, he never hurried us through. He toured us to many new constructions in the bay area too. Along the way, he shared with us some of his home inspection tips! He referred us to CaliMortgate and it was a great experience working with those guys, great teamwork. He understands the bay-area market very well. Once we found the home we liked, he guided us through the paper-work and made a competitive offer even with a lower down payment. We were picky and didn’t want to compromise on our needs. We wrote offers only for the places we liked. Thanks to Mike, we got successful in our second offer itself ! and quickly got into contract. From then on, he did all behind-the-scenes activity, keeping us informed through every stage of the signing. Mike got all our paper work & loan docs setup and we were ready to close even before the date we agreed on the contract. He didn’t stop there; after getting the keys he helped us with appliance upgrade ideas, handy-man and other questions. To type-up this review sitting in our own place is like a dream come true, we owe this one to Mike’s help. I would highly recommend Michael Ramos to anyone that’s trying to buy a home.

Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $425K in Willow Glen, San Jose, CA.
We worked with Michael over the course of a year to find a home in San Jose. We were in a very difficult position, trapped between our means and our desires, so it made it a very long search for the house we could both enjoy and afford. Michael was very patient and accommodating, and worked with us every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable about the south bay area and the specific challenges of this market. As first time home buyers, we did not have any knowledge or experience going into the process, and Michael was helpful in answering our questions and taking care of the necessary and relevant paperwork.

Mike stuck with us from beginning to end and found us a wonderful home. We started out with him when we were deciding whether we should even make the move. He showed us what the dollar could buy in the area we were considering relocating to. When we decided to actually go through with the move, he advised us on when to start looking (we had to sell our out-of-state house first), and then made sure we could get into the various homes we wanted to see in a timely manner. Once we did find a house we loved, he advised us, among other things, to write a love letter about the home, giving us various ideas on how to go about it. He also talked with the realtor of the seller, and won her over to our side, making her "like us". One other offer came in, but we were chosen. I attribute that to Mike's communication skills and the advise he gave to us in many respects. All I can say is thank you, Mike!

I would highly recommend Michael Ramos to sell your house. He is honest and friendly, listens and respects your wishes. He gave us suggests for small, inexpensive inprovements that would increase the value of the home.
He sold our home within two weeks of it going on the market and he earned us more than $40,000 over the asking price! He was extremely knowledgable and creative on his advertising stategies, which brought- in many perspective buyers. The virtual tour of our home that he put facebook , and other websites were very attractive.
I appreciate that stopped by many times a week to check on our vacant house while we were going through escrow.

Michael "Mike" Ramos was the agent who sold my condo in summer of 2012.
Mike was very professional and took the extra time to stage my property for the "Open House." More so advertised my property masterfully with great photos, putting it on multiple websites and social networks. During the three hour open house we had over 250 interested buyers and multiple offers over our asking price within minutes of closing our doors.
It was something I've never experienced with the all the personalized signage about my remodel, highlights of the complex, neighborhoods and schools. All of the extra details Mike and his team put in made a difference! It also was helpful he had great refreshments for all those who entered! He was making people feel comfortable and excited about living in the unit.
Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Saratoga, CA.
This home was for sale by owner. It was very difficult to deal with the owner herself since she was very old and we had to directly deal with her 2 daughters and her eldest son.
To make a long story short : From the time I drove by and found out that the house was for sale to the time the house was closed in escrow took only 1.5 months. If it were not for Mike, I would NOT have been able to purchase this house at a very decent price and closed the escrow that early. There were 5 other offers along with mine at that time….. It was very tense.
Mike is pretty sharp, skillful, manipulative , super hard working and is willing to go out of his way ( within the legal boundaries ) in order to help his clients achieve their goals. To be honest to God, it is very , very , very hard to find a professional, decent and honest realtor like this guy. I had used 6 other realtors prior to Michael Ramos and all of them were either incompetent or very greedy.
I HIGHLY recommend this realtor for anyone whose seriously considering buying either residential or investment homes…..
Mike was a great agent for me and we worked really well together. I was a first-time home buyer, so I liked to do a lot of research on my own, but many times Mike was able to step in with his experience and provide timely advice to guide us in the right direction.
