After working with him, I know why. He was amazing. He had so much information and knew the area so well. If you are looking for an agent/broker, you need to call Otis. He is an expert.

Otis is the man!!!!
His knowledge and expertise were extremely helpful. He walked me through the entire process and was very flexible with my work schedule. He would send me listings daily and be ready to show them and show them and show them until I found the home that was best for my family.

Otis did an AWESOME job assisting me with finding and buying my new home! He was very patient and willing to invest the time involved in finding the perfect home for me and my family. I made an offer on a short sale property that took six months to close! Otis kept me updated every step of the way. His knowledge with dealing with short sales was definitely a plus in helping me to understand up front what to expect. After emailing Otis, I received a call in fifteen minutes. Otis showed me many homes and guided me through the complicated process of purchasing. Otis was always quick to respond with any questions whether it be through email, instant messaging, or a phone call. Otis met me at USF after a class so that we could rush a contract out ASAP. Otis grew up in Tampa so he is very knowledgeable of the area and provides great advice. He must have had a friend living in every place we checked out at some point. Dealing with Otis was a very good experience and I'd highly recommend him and will work with him again in the future.

Otis was GREAT! I cant imagine going through this precess with out him. He is very knowledgeable and helped us understand what was going on every step of the way! He also is very fixable and worked around my husbands crazy work schedule to show homes and have meetings.

Otis, helped us buy a foreclosed property and gave us some good advice as far as navigating the financial side of the transaction. He also was very professional in how he handled the transaction from start to finish. He laid out the worse case scenario and proper expectations for how distressed property sales can be. Most importantly, he always returned our call within 24 hours as he said he would and kept us informed every step of the way."

I have had dealings with this agent in the past and would have to say that he was very courteous, professional and highly knowledgeable about the mortgage industry. He works very hard for his clients and tries to make the best possible deal for all parties concerned. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell their property.

I have known Otis for a number of years and knew he was an upstanding man. Recently I decided to sell my home and called on him professionally. As I expected, Otis is very knowledgable of the real estate industry, he sat down with me to discuss to the market and took his time in answering all my questions. Eventhough, I am relocating out of state, he is assisting me with a referral to be sure I will get the same level of professionalism in the new area. Otis is also very knowledgable on mortgages and discussed different options I can consider. I can't say enough about the professional and caring demeanor of this gentleman and highly recommend his services.
Upon my initial meeting I mentioned I wanted a smooth sale and that is exactly what I received. My house listed, sold and closed in about 3 weeks.
