Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Wentzville, MO.
Moving from central IL to MO is difficult enough. We met Michelle through Zillow and we could not have been more fortunate. We started looking at foreclosures and short-sales. Michelle was very familiar with the process and was able to explain to us the risks and point out thing that you normally would not worry about. We went through several homes and she was the ultimate professional each time. After making bids on two houses and not being able to close them out, she was able to find us the perfect house in the budget that we were aiming for. We started looking for a home in early June and closed on our home August 31st. We feel truely fortunate to have had the luck to land such a great agent. Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $175K in Fenton, MO.
I first met Michelle 2 years ago after looking for a new home, but I was having trouble finding one on my own.
She and I looked at a lot of homes. I believe most agents would have become frustrated after a while with a picky buyer like myself, but she never did. I admit I could be tough at times, but she kept me grounded and we pushed on. We did find a home, but I would not budge on my offer and the deal was canceled. Frustration set in and I decided to stop looking. She still sent me listings from time to time that met my criteria, which helped educate me over time about the market.
Michelle and I kept in contact and when I was ready to start looking again I called her. She had a list of homes to me by that afternoon and we went out the following morning. Can you believe she found me a home in the first batch? Obviously, a tough thing to do. My family and I moved in a month later. It's a great home, with good schools and in a wonderful neighborhood.
I was very fortunate to meet Michelle. Beyond her great ethics and patience, Michelle has a personality that illuminates a room.
Buying a home was easy, painless and a truly memorable time for my family and I. Michelle made all that possible.
If you are considering an agent make sure they are market savvy, aggressive, return your calls right away, stay on top of you to assure deadlines are met and they are a good person.
I encourage you to call Michelle. Ask questions and judge for yourself. I'm positive you will feel the same way I do.

Michelle is fantastic. She was always on top of our listing and worked actively with us to get it sold. The methods of marketing were far and above just placing the property on the MLS. She developed an in depth marketing plan, proactively sought and networked with agents to bring in potential buyers, contacted property investors and more!
