Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Westbend, Galloway, OH.
Holly has helped me purchase 3 properties in about a year and a half. She is very great at her job. She has quite a lot of knowledge in her field. I am planning on purchasing several more properties in the future and Holly will be the only real estate agent that I will use.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2012 in Columbus, OH.
The pros- Holly does respond right away and she is very willing to admit where her skills lie and where they lack. I wanted someone who understood the process and would be able to help me through the process. When I had an issue and contacted Holly, she did respond right away and tried to make the situation right. Unfortunately, she expressed to me that she does not have the necessary knowledge to act upon anything. I am not quite sure of her role, as anything I needed help with she had to ask someone else to do for me. Unfortunately, the office as a whole (Realty Executives Central) was really non-responsive to my requests and needs in terms of communicating with me about the short sale process.

Krista, thanks for sharing your opinion. I do want to point out a few key items 1) During our first call I stated I was merely the refering agent, meaning I would send you over to my broker who would handle your short sale . So, as for you not being sure of my role, this should have cleared it up. 2) you signed "understanding short sales as will as the short sale addendum to the listing agreement. These two documents should have clearly explained how the short sale process works. 3) Finally, I do not now nor have I ever worked for Realty Executives Central and I am sure they would not appreciate you saying negitive things about them in a public forum or any other forum for that matter.So, if you were attempting to get answers from Realty Exectuives and they were unresponsive it's because they didn't have your listing ...Again, thanks for posting!

Holly was great! She honestly answered any questions or concerns we had. We were always "in the loop" as she kept us updated on what kind of feedback the house was getting after every open house or showing. The whole process was smooth and painless! She knows what she is doing.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Baltimore, OH.
From the first time we met Holly we could tell she was trustworthy, dedicated, and great at what she does. We were first time home buyers, and couldn’t have asked for a smoother process, mostly due to Holly’s Awesomeness. She really took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in our home. She was very flexible and available, very knowledgeable at showings (on both the areas and the houses), steered us right in recommendations, made calls and appointments for us, attended inspections we couldn’t, and went over and above what was expected. She was replying to emails anywhere from 6am to after midnight- I don’t know when the woman sleeps! Holly had great communication; she was VERY quick to reply to any question we had, and was in close contact with our inspectors, lender, and repair crews, keeping us in the loop the whole time. Holly made our home buying experience as stress-free as it could be, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the process, all the way down to our closing, and even since. After meeting Holly, closing on our home took only two months and a week. Thank you Holly! We will HIGHLY recommend you to friends & family.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Columbus, OH.
It is truly hard to put into words just how great Holly was. There was a level of trust with her that was comforting. She had vast knowledge of the Columbus real estate market which was great for us moving from out of state. She was incredibly patient with how long it took to find "just the right house" for us. After the first 3 full days of looking, Holly really picked up on our tastes and style and the search narrowed from there. In the end the closing went off without a hitch due to the strong negotiation skills that Holly has. We can say without hesitation that you will not be
disappointed with the integrity, perseverance and kindness that Holly has with life in general and as a real estate agent in specific.

Holly was great! She is a listener while on the house-hunt. Once we went into contract on a property she "lead from the front", always keeping us up to date and representing our interest to the last signature. She was very transparent about everything she was doing throughout the whole process, including the finances. My wife and I highly recomend Holly, we never knew her before closing on this property.

Bought a home in 2009.
Holly was the biggest help in our search for our first home. She listened to our wants and found homes in the area in our price range that had everything we wanted. She was more that willing to work around our limited free time to get us in to see any houses. She is truly the best!

Holly was very helpful in the process of locating homes for sale in our area and in our price range. She always responded to phone calls and emails quickly. She was a pleasure to work with and I will recomend her to family and friends.
I recommend contacting Holly ASAP if you are looking to purchase a home!
