Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
My wife and I would highly recommend Kim Bregman. It has been 16 years since we bought our last home. Kim’s in-depth knowledge and insight of Boca Raton neighborhoods and schools was indispensible. We visited several homes in the East and Central Boca area. She helped us navigate the buying process with making offers on a short sale and a regular sale. Kim understood the both processes equally well. We must have had a ton of questions even after a lengthy walk thru of several homes. Kim was patient and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Kim was very knowledgable and demonstated that she understood our needs with the new listings she provided each day. Once we found a home we wanted to make an offer on, Kim immediately began working on a contract so we could submit the offer as soon as possible. Over the next couple months, Kim worked hard to make sure we were able to get the house at a great price & make sure we were protected as buyers. With Kim's help we were able to get our dream home at a great price.
