Oscar is an amazing realtor; he is like no other agent in the business. I'm 60 year old and he was patience with me. Oscar knew exactly what was right for me from the start!.He found me an amazing house with a mother in law apartment that I can rent it helping me pay my mortgage.When the buying process begun Oscar helped me get all my closing costs covered. I got 6%. I recommend Oscar to anyone buying or selling their home he is knowledgeable, trusting, and honest.

Bought a home in 2012.
We started house shopping in late August and by Thanksgiving we closed and in our dream home. Oscar is knowledgeable and reliable; he took the time to listen to what it was we were looking for and found us houses that were very close to our wants and needs. He was very patient walking us through the process of buying our first home and answering all of our questions. We highly recommend Oscar, we truly enjoyed working with him.

Oscar Gonzalez is a great resource to have on your side.He was very very friendly and always available when I needed him. I was shown many properties and never felt rushed or forced .He stayed with me until the closing date. His advise was very helpful. I would definitely recommend him to everyone

Mr. Oscar Gonzalez is very efficient in his job and is highly trustworthy. He respects his clients and tries to help the clients to the best of his capacity. I am very impressed with his respectful behavior and an honest approach to his assigned work. I wish him all success in all his endeavors in serving his clients. Oscar es un agente de bienes raices muy profesional y con el optimismo que requiere su profesion ,ya que en el proceso de comprar un inmueble se pierden las esperanzas o crees que no nunca vas a encontrar tu casa ideal, el te ayuda durante todo el proceso y busca lo que se acomode a tu presupuesto y gustos personales , yo llevaba mas de un ano y medio tratando de comprar y con Oscar de mi lado hice mi sueno realidad en un mes y medio , gracias de todo corazon a el y su staff , ya mis dos nenes tienen su hogar , estoy tan contenta que aun no me lo creo.
