Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $475K in Pacifica, CA.
Angela was awesome. She made the home purchasing process super fun and still was able to keep it professional. She was very responsive and worked late nights to help me purchase the home that I wanted. Angela had a wealth of resources and knowledge to make the purchase smooth and worry free. With her interior design background, she was able to help me visualize potential in many homes we had looked at without overstepping her boundaries. I highly recommend Angela and have already recommended her to my friends and family!

Bought a home in 2011.
Angela is a pleasure to work with. She has a wonderful personality, is easy to communicate with and is good at keeping you up to date on all matters at hand. Given that this was a VA loan that she assisted my husband and I with it, which included much more paperwork than a regular loan, Angela researched where she needed to and was able to either answer our questions directly or seek out the resources for which we could get the answer to our question. We would highly recommend Angela to assist in your housing needs. Thank you, Angela!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $775K in Pacifica, CA.
I am incredibly happy! Angela did a fantastic job selling our home! She knows the local market and was able to advise on pricing and expectations. Angela went to Interior Design school and was able to expertly stage our house on the cheap. She helped with all the little details so that we were not overwhelmed. It was a wonderful experience and her staging was so great that we got over-asking! I highly recommend Angela!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $650K in Pacifica, CA.
Angela did an excellent job listing, staging and selling our home.
Angela has a particular talent for staging homes on a budget. While any realtor can outsource the staging (on the seller's dime), Angela used her knack for interior design and proposed a theme and sourced inexpensive or free furniture and props. She even found and directed a cost-effective contractor to help with improvements and inspection mitigation items.
We received 4 offers (in a challenging market) including 2 above asking price and highly recommend Angela.

Angela howatt of McGuire Real Estate in Burlingame is a fantastic Realtor and a terrific person to boot. My being a single woman I was very neveous about entering the housing market. Angela made it easy for me. She devoted hours of her time to find the right house for me. She explained things to me every step of the way, cared about my rights as a buyer, warned me of potential hazards and made sure everything was done right. In just a few days thanks to Angela Howatt and the Good Lord I will be be moving into my new home.
