Bought a home in 2013.
As a first time homebuyer, Liz possessed a perfect balance of enthusiasm and patience when guiding me through this very difficult process. Her knowledge of the philadelphia area expecially helped me with the tough decisions regarding picking a location. I am now settled into my first home and could not be happier!

Liz did a great job in helping us sell our home in a really difficult market. From the moment we first met with her, we knew we made the right choice for our agent. She is energetic, a hard-worker and a wonderful marketer. The pictures of our home that Liz arranged to have taken for our on-line listing looked amazing, and her friendly, welcoming presence at her open houses definitely attracted a high volume of foot traffic. We would highly recommend Liz to anyone looking to sell property in the Philadelphia area.

Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Wharton/Hawthorne/Bella Vista, Philadelphia, PA.
Liz, from our first conversation, presented her self in a professional manner, impressed me with her knowledge of marketing property and charmed me with her wit and personality. When we first met, she was positive in her attitude and ensured I understood the process of selling my home, before signing any documents. Once signed on she moved forward with abundant energy and enthusiasm, making it easy for me to deal with people coming in and out of my home almost every day, once she started the marketing process. Due to her expertise we received an excellent response from potential buyers. When I had questions, or needed to change anything, she immediatly responded within minutes. When we had an appointement to go over information she was timely and it was at my convenience. I am mostly impressed with her work ethic, her knowledge of the real estate market and her use of the latest technology for marketing. She utilized every avenue in the market today to reach out and find potential buyers. The end of the story is Liz sold my property within 3 months from listing to settlement, painlessly and flawlessly. I would recommend Liz Lutz for any of your real estate needs. Sold a home in 2011.
After my husband died, I had to sort through our investment portfolio and Liz played an important role helping our family with the Real Estate portion of that. The house needed a bit of cosmetic work so she analyzed the situation and came up with a plan and coordinated with the contractor because I had too much on my plate. Not only did she get an offer on our property in the first week, she made sure I got more than my bottom line.

Liz was very knowlegable and eager to help us find the perfect home. She did a great job of explaining the process and providing us with what to expect every step in the process. She was readily available and made sure to answer all of our questions.
