We just purchased our new home with Pam's help and we couldn't be more pleased. She was a true advocate for us during the process which was much needed since it had been 25 years since we had bought a home. Much had changed in that time and we had to be led through most of the process. Pam was proactive on every issue that arose and gave lightning-fast responses. She kept us informed almost daily by phone and followed up with email confirmations. Her personality was always positive and upbeat. Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Trinity, NC.Summary:
Pam has helped us find and buy land on which we built our first home about 10 years ago. She is very knowledgable about the area, schools, land and builders. She helped us sell our first home 5 years later at the perfect price and time on the market, and then helped us find and buy another property for our second home. She's always on top of things when it comes to finding property, listing your home, and going through the whole process.
