She is very responsive and always available. I'll actually miss not working with her now that our home buying and selling process is complete. Pam has a nice presentation and may be a decent realtor if you are staying in town and can be persistent. She is NOT a realtor to use when you move away. Communication was not even horrible. It was non-existent. I spoke to her twice and this included my first meeting with her. I pleaded for verbal communication and did not receive it. My door wreath and planter was stolen and she never even noticed. She showed my home once. An agent detected an odor in the home and she texted me to see if I could get a friend to look into the issue. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with her she became even more evasive. I do not feel she represented me in the way I deserved and ultimately paid for.

I appreciate your review & apologize that our mode of communication was not as you hoped. It is always our goal for you to have no complaints & we work hard to ensure every client is treated to world-class customer service. When we closed on 9-25-2013 after being on the market for only 90 days, I had no idea that these issues existed. I have even looked through all of our emails & can’t find an objection to how we were communicating. Since you were travelling so much it never occurred to me that this would not be the most efficient way to contact you. It is very difficult for out of town sellers to be aware how many times that I visit their homes. I visit every 14 days to confirm that the sign is straight, doors are locked, flyers are available & host open houses. I wanted to let you know that I’ve beefed up my “education process” with clients to let them know how their marketing activities, statistics & showing feedback will arrive to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
Pam is very knowledgeable, efficient, and replies to emails typically within 15 minutes. She is very up to date with technology such as using electronic signing, etc which saves a ton of time. I have sold 2 homes with her, and wouldn't go to anyone else.
Pam listed/marketed our home on a Saturday. By Monday we had our first offer, which we ended up accepting. Her marketing is beyond reproach and when down to the nitty gritty of negotiations she was on spot. The only negative, and make sure you realize, it is a small one, was that it usually took at least 24 hours, via telephone for a response. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and I would recommend Pam !
