Once it was listed she was very clear in the expectations for offers, rejections, etc. She recommending pricing the house at the top of the range, and we received close to that expected price. She made my mother feel at ease, communicated concisely, and always made sure our questions were answered. During her vacation, she provided us with her assistant and back up realtor who were both very effective. The Document signing online was extremely helpful since I was in a different city and could easily return signed paperwork. Pam was extremely thoughtful about the sale to my Mom.. she sent a finished photo book of the house, took pictures at the end, and thoughtfully remembered an important occasion. She went above and beyond by sitting at the house waiting for repairmen and even getting someone to come in and clean the new house before we ever moved in. Not only did she list and sell our house (quickly) but she provided us with tables and signs for the many garage sales we had. She had someone come wash all our windows and screens and someone came and staged our house BEAUTIFULLY, all at her expence. She was very easy to reach by phone, text, and email. She checked up on us to make sure all our questions were answered and to see how we were doing. She became a great friend. The entire process, witch could have been very stressful, went very smoothly.
