"As a first-time home buyer and fan of historic homes…I was extremely fortunate to have Pamela as my real estate agent. After emailing Pamela out of the blue and telling her that I’d never bought a home before, wanted a “classic” fixer-upper and didn’t particularly have a lot of money…to my surprise and delight, she responded positively right away. Previously, I had already dealt with two unscrupulous agents and was fearful of trusting anyone in the housing market.
Pamela was very honest when showing houses… her personal attention combined with a no-nonsense, honest approach to everything helped me trust her right away. Pamela handled every aspect of the home-buying process, explained everything to me in ways I could understand, and had the patience of a saint with my novice home-buying skills! When problems arose, she stood up and pushed them through. It took a mere 2 weeks from when my offer was accepted to the key turning in the lock and her exemplary service did not stop there. She continues to check in on me and keep tabs on my restoration progress. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Pamela, and hope someday when I’m ready to sell my house…that she will be the one to handle it.
