Pam was great through the entire short sale process. She answered all of my questions and returned all my phone calls and emails quickly. She was able to find a buyer, and close in only 2 months. She also helped with communication between the bank and I. She is a great real estate agent, and we will definitely use her in the future.
My husband and I had an awesome experience with Pam. We moved here from Alabama and had been living in an apartment. We didn't know any real estate agents and had met with one agent who did not have any real people skills. A co-worker at the hospital referred us to Pam. It was the best thing that could have ever happened to us. We have two girls and no family here in Winston. So, we had to take the girls to our appointments. Pam was very patient with the girls. Although the girls were loud and busy, she did not get nervous or side tracked. She entertained the girls and conducted business simultaneously. Pam Wilson has listed a few properties for me. Unlike other agents that simply think of one strategy-selling the property, Pam informs me of all exit strategies for each property. Though some properties sell rather quickly, some require other strategies including rental, lease option or rent-to-own, owner finance, land contacts.
