Ratings & Reviews

It was a serendipitous encounter with Parisa during a open house tour that we met. She was the selling agent for a very nice home that was out of our price range. She seemed very knowledgable and pleasant at the time so we started to communicate. Wow what a good decision that was! It seems like every open house we went to, the selling agent already knew we were coming because she had called ahead. She was instrumental in gathering and organizing all the informations, from getting home inspection to finding out information about the neighbor. She also respected our time and responds quickly to email every day for most of the day. But most importantly, she is in tune with the market. The first bid we made, we decided to go at a certain price even though Parisa advise a slightly higher price if we really really wanted it. We said it's not a super desirable house for us, so we went with a lower bid, and as she predicted we were outbid. When it come to the house we end up purchasing, she advised us to bid at the asking price, and having skillfully communicated and motivated the seller, they accepted. I highly recommend her and we will be asking her for help again in another property.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in El Cerrito, CA.

Parisa, You have been always professional and always warm. We were the typical sellers, certain that our expensive property would be snatched up by some prudent buyer within the first two weeks. As both the market and our hopes stalled, we had to readjust to a difficult reality. Throughout this process, you remained pleasant and encouraging, as well as realistic. As it happened, the final sale was a result of your diligence and continued belief in our home. You even cleaned it before showings so as to maximize the results! We both came to appreciate your good humor and persistence in a challenging market and a very emotional transaction.

Sold a home in 2012.

The sharp intellect, careful strategic and thoughtful approach--and help-- of our agent, Parisa Samimi, made the entire process of selling our home seamless and practically stress-free. The sale in the end was a success beyond what we had dared to hope for, especially in this unpredictable market. We have Parisa and the support of her colleagues at McGuire to thank for the excellent results.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $400K in Hercules, CA.

Parisa,

Thank you for all your hard work and due diligence throughout the process. Real estate transactions are usually very burdensome and can be very tricky even when all aspects of the transaction appear to align on the surface... and yet you made the process seamless. Thank you for effortlessly navigating us through the process, reassuring us at every step of the way; referring us to a fantastic and surefire loan officer, guiding us through the murky waters that is the bidding/negotiation process, and lest we forget, the inspection phase which is by far, in my opinion, the most important and grueling phase of the process. Last but not least, thank you for your patience throughout the process, your attention to detail, and most importantly, your ability to convey and communicate information from various aspects, helping us to understand the transaction from the realtor, loan, and appraisal perspective.

Your level of expertise, professionalism, diligence/positive attitude, and your infectious personality will serve you well in future endeavors. Thank you for never giving up on us when the prospects were bleak (i.e. Carson...). I have no doubt that you will continue to succeed in your industry, or any industry for that matter. We will definitely keep you in mind for any future real estate needs and will certainly refer you to various friends, family, and colleagues in the industry. If we may be of any assistance to you in the future, please let us know.

Best of luck, V & M Proud Homeowners
