I would recommend Pat Marcotte to anyone! She is very knowledgeable and very tenacious. She helped us sell a 'difficult' or 'unique' property in a down economy. She was exceptionally helpful in assisting us in the preparation process - since our property needed repairs in advance of listing. She is the expert! I highly recommend her!

We highly recommend Pat. She has many years of experience in this industry and it shows. She's knowledgeable in all areas and she did a wonderful job of selling our house which went under contract in 2 weeks. She represented us on the purchase of our new condo which also went very smoothly.

As first time home buyers, we had a fantastic experience with Pat as our realtor and would highly recommend her. She was a great advocate for us during the negotiating process and recommended highly-qualified professionals for our home inspector and closing attorney. Both ended up saving us money compared to the other quotes I received.
She was very responsive to our questions and was willing to visit the property we were looking at on a Sunday night after our first introductory phone call! She was also available to us in the evenings and on weekends in order to work around our schedules. Her knowledge and advice made us feel confident and comfortable during a stressful time!
