I wouldn't worry to much about the 'Zestimate', they tend to lump in surrounding homes that are not as comparable as your professional appraisal. Also, depending on how long ago the appraisal was done, the market could have corrected a little, but not as much as shown here. Good luck!Patrick JohnsonWindermere RE 220-0281
