Bought a Condo home in 2008 in Bonita Springs, FL.
We didn't get to Patti's negotiating skills, but have no doubt they are superlative. For a couple that took a lot of her and her husband's time and then chickened out of the Granville area (way too posh) she was professional and congenial.
