Bought a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $1.375M in Center City East, Philadelphia, PA.
Paul was our realtor for finding a house to move into Center City Philadelphia. He was very fast to respond to requests to see properties we found on Zillow and was able to find and show similar properties that hadn't come up in our search results. And we are very glad he did as we bought one he identified. I highly recommend Paul.

Sold a Townhouse home in 2013 in Pennsport-Whitman-Queen, Philadelphia, PA.
Paul is the BEST. I guarantee you will not find a realtor that is more responsive, more knowledgeable, or that helps you find or sell your house more quickly or more easily! He knows the Philadelphia market inside and out, gave us solid recommendations to help us make every decision (but was never pushy!), and was right on top of every stage of the process. We could not have asked for anything more, and would recommend Paul to anyone and everyone.

Bought a Townhouse home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Pennsport-Whitman-Queen, Philadelphia, PA.
We recently purchased our new home with Paul serving as our buyers' agent and the process could not have been smoother. As first-time homebuyers, we were fairly anxious about the tons of details that go into the search, making an offer and arranging financing. Paul did a great job of narrowing our search and explaining each step calmly. I always felt like we were working with someone we could trust and who was looking out for our best interests. I would recommend Paul Fontaine to anyone searching for a new home in Philadelphia.

Bought a Townhouse home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Wharton-Hawthorne-Bella Vista, Philadelphia, PA.
Paul was great. He was so responsive and worked around my schedule while also able to balance the needs of the other parties involved so that the deal would successfully go through. He returned my calls, texts and emails immediately as if I were his only client which I am sure is not the case. He gave advice where needed but also followed my requests even if we respectfully disagreed. I would not hesitate to work with him again...

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Fishtown, Philadelphia, PA.
Paul is great! He's really responsive to questions and helpful with advice. He sold me my first house and when I was ready to sell that house years later I had such a good experience I immediately thought to call him first.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $350K in Wharton-Hawthorne-Bella Vista, Philadelphia, PA.
Paul was instrumental in helping me close on an investment property in Queen Village. He knew the neighborhood very well, and provided great advice on what to offer. As little issues arose through the process, Paul handled everything quickly and effectively. I will certainly use him again and recommend him to friends!

Paul is a true, professional realtor. He is very knowledgeable about center city Phila. Paul was able to rent a investment property of mine in less than 24 hours!.. His service is quick and responsive to the needs of his clients I would certainly give him a high recommendation for any real estate needs. Ron Schwartz

Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $225K in South Philadelphia, Philadelphia, PA.
Paul was very accommodating, to say the least. I had worked with Paul before and knew that when the time came for us to go home-shopping again, he would meet our needs. Early in the process, we were convinced that we would be going with a low-income friendly lender (NACA) that required realtors to attend tedious and mind-numbingly boring workshops and lectures. Paul attended upon our request and without complaint. When we decided to go with another lender, Paul was supportive and helpful in that endeavor as well.

Even though my girlfriend and I had a good idea about the homes we wanted to tour, Paul still suggested other additional properties. He showed use EVERY home we asked to see (probably > 40), even when it might have appeared there was no rhyme or reason to our requests (we looked at fixers, new construction and everything in between in neighborhoods that were very different from one another and on opposite sides of Philadelphia).

Paul is also very knowledgeable. He had accurate estimates of repairs and, as we toured, brought problems that were not obvious to our attention. He advocated effectively for our side. I would, without hesitation, rely upon his expertise and guidance for my next real estate transaction.

Bought a Townhouse home in 2013 for approximately $100K in West Kensington, Philadelphia, PA.
Paul Fontaine is a great realtor - he was very knowledgeable about the area I was looking to buy in and found some great properties that were in my price range rather than trying to up-sell me as some realtors do, and he listened and took into account the types of homes I was looking for. He took the time to explain the process of buying a home to me as I was a first-time homebuyer, and he kept me updated on important deadlines and pieces of information that I needed. He has skilled contractors and inspectors as contacts, and is able to resolve issues quickly. Paul was very efficient - he scheduled appointments to see properties quickly, he took me to a number of properties at a time, and I was able to find my home and put in a bid in less than 2 weeks, since I was under the gun to buy quickly. Paul responded almost immediately to everything, reminded me about important deadlines, and was on top of his game the full way through. Above all, he was able to deal with a very unprofessional selling agent (and seller) in a very professional way and kept the process moving.
