Bought a home in 2011.

Summary:

Paul just helped me find a very nice single family home in a great neighborhood with good schools (those were my criteria, just a little picky). After our interview, Paul sent me a google doc (he loves those) that thoroughly took me step-by-step through the homebuying process. He didn't waste my time (or his) trying to sell me on something that I didn't want and very patiently sent me hundreds of listings from which to choose. When we went to see homes, Paul took note of my likes and dislikes and tailored the subsequent listings accordingly. One of the unique things Paul did was give me a mini inspection on every home we saw and educated me on what to look for. For example, he taught me what a termite trail looks like. Paul is an excellent negotiator. I only signed a two- month contract with him and, not only was he able to provide me with several serious prospects during that time frame, but was able to close my deal within 30 days once I found the home I truly wanted. I have already recommended Paul to several people and would not hesitate to hire him again.
