Bought a home in 2013.
We recently bought a home with Paula as our agent, and she is professional and impressive. She is on top of things and replies almost immediately when you have questions or concerns. She knows how to get things done and works tirelessly. I will definitely recommend Paula to everyone I know who needs help buying or selling a home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Salem, NH.
Paula is remarkable in all aspects of real estate. She found my family a house we purchased in April 2012. We were from MA looking at NH because we thought we could buy more house for the price. A single family with a potential or completed in-law apartment is what we needed. From the first conversation with her, she was not only professional but had a warm way of inquiring facts to meet our family's true needs in a home.
Within 3 days she was showing us homes, at first we didn't think she was going to find us anything because I had been looking online for a month before... but she showed us at least 3 houses a week and consistently emailed multiple listings for us to shuffle through. She showed us houses that were not even on the market, either expired or about to go back on market. She knows her market.
I joked about her statement saying "Start Packing" because what are the odds? I heard stories of people looking for long periods of time for their home.. It was a combination of luck, timing, and the blessing of having a driven Realtor. Within 3 weeks of meeting her, she found us the home we currently live in. Her background in sales for new construction and home builders shined when explaining types of construction and strength of the roof, she referred home inspectors and contractors to advise us on our future renovation plans along with ideas and things to look out for when talking to contractors. During contract negotiations she went to bat for us with specific conditions and reciting current market conditions to help negotiate the price down and have certain hazards be fixed or be compensated for.
She somehow made us feel as if we were her only customers by finding time in her busy schedule to meet us when needed. I have and will continue to refer her to anyone I know looking to buy or sell in the Southern NH area. She delivered our wishes. Thank you Paula.

Sold a home in 2012.
Paula was a pleasure to work with. She was very attentive and walked us through the process and educated us so we felt very sound in our decisions. She has helped 3 members of our family with their real estate transactions and we would hire her again.

Bought a home in 2012.
Paula Martin guided me very professionally through the complex process of purchasing a condex in Derry so that I could rent it to my daughter who is disabled. Because this involved an out-of-state transaction by an older purchaser (me), I had to be guided through various obstacles. Throughout the process Paula remained patient and explained each step with clarity.

Bought a home in 2011.
Since the moment I met Paula, I knew that she was the person that I wanted to help me find a home. I asked her numerous times to meet me after I got out of work to show me a house and she was always on top of it. She was extremely professional, diligent and kind to my husband and I as it has been over 24 years since we purchased a home and Paula led us to all of the professional's that she recommended
from the home inspector to the Loan Officer. It could not have been an easier process and it was all because of Paula, I HIGHLY recommend anyone that is in search of their new home to contact Paula. I am actually going to miss the interaction that we had.
