Bought a home in 2014.

My wife and I thought there was no way we could get back into home ownership following out short sale a few years ago.

If it wasn't for Paul's persistence, encouragement and diligence, we would have never had the opportunity to find the property and home we had dreamed of for years.

Paul knows his stuff and listened to what we had to say and understood that what we were looking for wasn't just a house but a place we could make our home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $850K in San Ramon, CA.

Paul Barber is very personable, and most important, has great integrity. I had to purchase and sell my home at the same time. The first house he showed us was exactly what we requested--and being we had to travel over 50 miles per visit, this was very important to only see houses that met our requirement. At the same time, he put our home on the market--and in less than 30 days we had an offer and the house closed soon after. The fast selling of our house saved us an additional house payment of $4000 and also saves us house insurance, electricity, water, garbage, etc.

Paul is very thorough and takes great pride in getting the best deal--and closing on time. He helped was with many items such as an inspector, landscaper and handyman.

Without reservations, I recommend Paul Barber.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $375K in Vacaville, CA.

Paul was very patient with us as we looked at many, many homes. We we're pretty specific on what we wanted. Even though it seemed like a long shot with some homes, he gladly showed us and wrote many offers.

This was the 4th home we have bought, and by far the best experience. Paul is very supportive, responsive, and is very quick in taking action. This was the easiest purchase, and most enjoyable.  More Less
