Paul was not my realtor. I bought a house that he was the listing agent for in June of 2013 and wished that I was working with him rather than my realtor. He was extremely thorough for his clients, making sure that my financing was sold, negotiated them the best deal possible, and advocated for them. There were many details that my realtor overlooked in the sale of my condo at the time I was buying this home and I realized that my purchase went so smoothly because of how experienced and responsive Paul was with his clients. Although I have no desire to move anytime soon I plan to use Paul if I decide to sell my home in the future and continue to refer people to use him when they are looking to sell or buy a home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Haverhill, MA.

Paul was not my realtor. I bought a house that he was the listing agent for in June of 2013 and wished that I was working with him rather than my realtor. Bought a home in 2015 in North End, Boston, MA 02113.

Paul was fantastic! I will definitely be recommending him. He was quick to understand what I was looking for and helped find great options. He was very helpful when viewing unit; he asked the right questions to uncover details/potential issues. Sold a Townhouse home in 2014 in Haverhill, MA.

Paul did a great job selling my home and assisting me with buying a new one. He and his staff are professional, knowledgeable and caring.
