Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Methuen, MA.
We found Paul by random chance, and it turned out to be a remarkably fortunate turn of events. Paul helped us through the entire process of selling our house and buying our new one. Helped is actually too small a term to describe the role that Paul played in the process - he really was able to be our sole guide through the whole process, and let us know what we had to do on a daily basis. Paul also has an extremely competent staff who assists when duty calls. I can't say enough about how fortunate we were to have Paul on our side for all the expert advice and attention to detail. Thanks Paul!

Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Chelmsford, MA.
I worked with Paul, NIck and Jim during the summer of 2012 when I placed my condo in Chelmsford for sale. I had talked to other Real Estate professionals, but as soon as I talked to Paul, I knew I had found the right agency. When I first met with Paul, he made me feel at ease immediately. His can do attitude made me feel so comfortable placing my home in his hands. Paul helped me price my condo so that it would sell quickly, since I was anxious to start looking for a single family home. My condo was placed on the market the very end of June, and immediately I had showings. One of the first people to see my place ended up buying it. This was at a time when there were several other condos for sale in my complex. Paul was also able to negotiate with my buyer so that I could stay in my house for several months while I worked with Jim on buying a new place.
Jim Ryan has to be one of the more patient men I have ever met. I can not even tell you how many houses he took me to see, many at my request, that just did not work for me. His first concern was only whether this was something I was comfortable with, could live in and afford. He never tried to push a sale for a sale sake. While I ended up finding my 'dream house' in a completely different town, on my own, Jim was there every step of the way to take me through the process, to help me negotiate the sale and to walk thru the house prior to closing. Working with Jim is like working with an old friend, who has your best interest at heart all the time.
Finally, Nick, the behind the scene, go to person. One of the many things I liked about using the Consoli real estate agency was Nick. Many other agents work totally indepently, and can not reached easily. At Consoli real estate, Nick could almost always be contacted directly to ask a question, to ease panic and to handle many issues that come up as you travel this road.
In summary, I highly recommend Consoli Real Estate whether you are buying, selling or in my case, both. When you are making life altering decisions such as where you will be living, Consoli Real Estate should be your go to Agency. I am so glad I found Paul and his team and would not hestiate to use them again, even though I don't plan to move for a very long time!! Thank you Paul, Jim and Nick for your professionalism and guidance during this process.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Newton, NH.
Paul made the process appear seemless! All through the process, Paul and his office communicated in a timely and professional manner. Although it took one year to sell the house, Paul kept suggesting different marketing ideas to help.

Paul was very professional and responsive from the start of the process and is very skilled at the negotiating process as well. I would highly recommend Paul for any real estate venture to friend or family member.

Sold a home in 2013.
We were in a situation where we needed to sell our condex due to our growing family. Paul was very knowledgable about the local market- he was very straight forward and knew what it would take to sell our home. Paul was very realistic and helped us understand the current market. With the right pricing, we were able to sell our condex and move on to the next phase of our lives!

Paul was very thorough while providing us with our market analysis and was able to sell our home about 24 hours after it went on the market. He also was very helpful in assisting us with the negotiating process while buying our new home. He made what is normally a very stressful process a lot easier.

2012 Paul was a great help in selling my house from beginning to end.. I would highly recommend using Paul to sell your house!!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Haverhill, MA.
Bought a new home from Paul. The framing of the home was very good, finish work was mostly good. Time of construction was short, started in the summer and finished early fall. Once moved in, Paul was responsive on getting his builder to the house to fix any issues with the home, or things that were missed.

Paul and his associates did a great job representing us as buyers, especally as we were new to this area and it had been more than 20 years since we last purchased a house. Paul was always available for a call or email from us, and he worked with us as we developed the specific needs (and wants) in our house, patiently coming along side us as we transitioned from our early visions of what we pictured, to the later, much better defined picture of what we really wanted. This transition was actually very rapid (less than 3 weeks!) as Paul provided lots of opportunities for us to view houses, and then to talk about with him about the pros and cons of the ones we visited.
After sealing anoffer with the down payment, Paul continued to help us with access to the house before the final sale, so that we could assess those things that we wanted to have "tweaked" by a contractor before we moved him. These opportunities coordinated by Paul helped make the move to the new house very efficient. His suggestions for contractors that we might use, allowed us to get the best contractors for our needs, and removed any worries about the quality of the work we wanted done.
The couple of times that Paul Consoli was not available, his associate, Paul Miller slipped smoothly in place, providing an equally great service to us. That flexibility of service from Prudential Ben Consoli, Realtors made the whole process of finding and buying a house almost seamless.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Haverhill, MA.
Paul worked hard to see that our condo was sold. I strongly commend Paul for his wonderful work on our behalf!!! Twice we had potential buyers and the transacations fell through. Paul continued to work hard to try to get the sale through so we could avoid foreclosure. It was his dilligence that led to eventual sale of the condo.
