Sold a home in 2000.
I have come across many agents in my profession as a Real Estate Appraiser (19 years), and Troy Daniels is at the top of my list. He is professional, informative, hard working, and someone you can rely on to get the job done. He truly a man of his word. I consistantly recommend him and I always receive positive feedback.

Troy is a cut above in This Real Estate Business...I have never spoke face to face with Troy but after 3 plus years of speaking on the phone and receiving emails at less twice a week from him, I feel that he is part of my family...I had two surgeries in 2011, one major on my Spine and 6 months later one on my shoulder and Troy didn't miss a Email! He and his Wife are truly PROFESSIONAL...Have A Blessed Day.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $450K in Upland, CA.
I bought my current residence from Troy in January 2011. He was extremely knowledgable and responsive during my entire escrow. He also has AMAZING negotiating skills with asset managers and knows exactly what they are looking for in getting an offer approved by the asset managers. I have recommended Troy to all of my friends and family because customer service is key in any business but in real estate he DELIVERS above and beyond any other agent I have worked with in the past. Thank you for your hard work and dedication Troy. It's agents like you that give this business a good name and make buying a home worthwhile.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $75K in Desert Hot Springs, CA.
MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS AGENT HAS BEEN A TRUE BLESSING FROM BEGINNING TO END. I NEVER WOULD HAVE EXPECTED THAT I WOULD FIND AN AGENT WILLING TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND HIS HIS REQUIRED OBLIGATIONS, SUCH AS HE HAS. THIS AGENT HAS MADE HIMSELF AVAILABLE TO ASSIST ME, AS A FIRST TIME HOME BUYER PRACTICALLY 24HOURS A DAY. HE HAS WENT OUT OF HIS WAY MANY TIMES, EVEN PROVIDING TRANSPORTAION IN THE SHOWING OF HOMES AS I SEARCHED TO BUY.
FROM BEGINNING TO END HE HAS TAKEN THE TIME TO TOTALLY EXPLAIN THE THINGS I DID NOT UNDERSTAND. HE HAS RECCOMENDED OUTSIDE SERVICES THAT I WAS ABLE TO UTILIZE IN MY HOME BUYING PROCESS,WHICH SAVED ME A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUT OF MONEY.
