Good eye for quality older houses - Jules likes to buy, and sell under market price, for happy Buyers.

Julie is active in renewable energy start-ups...and wants to put more time there. 

Moved to her next house! Got thebasement bath updated the first week. The hous eis un MUCH better shape and is on almost a quarter acre!

Less renovation work will help Jules focus on innovative Clean Energy projects - including several worthy start-ups, and the Board of Governors for the American Biofuels Council.

The 116 year old Fixer is a contributing structure to help secure Woodlawn's Conservation District designation. Built before the Trolley - as part of the City of Albina's first planned neighborhood. That was when Mississippi Avenue was THE downtown for NE. The Dekum Triangle is a community center.  (An old Theatre is awaiting renovation too - and PDC's Storefront Improvement boundaries were recently extended to the Triangle, in response to some advocacy that included Jules' insistent voice: "Our neighborhood has been shut out for too long...")

Next, let's work on property tax Equity and Abatements for Conservation District listed houses...to help these babies shine!

Jules was an activist/Investor to help spark the Alberta Arts area turnaround, since '87.  5 yrs Mt Tabor/SE Dem Leader, then 9 yrs NE Dem Dist leader; and was Livability Coordinaor in Sabin. Co-Nominee for OR State Senate, when Bill McCoy died (NoPo/NE to Lloyd Dist).
