Do you think that this is the lull before the storm before the next wave of foreclosures ( residential and commercials) are released after having been held up temporarily ? Should we sell now before this next wave hits the market ? What have you heard ? Has the market reached bottom and currently rebounding ? Regarding the realtor, should the seller's realtor divulge to the buyer's realtor that there is only one offer if any ? How does ethics play into this ? How about easy exit ? Should we be penalized ?
It may be a hard pill to swallow, however if we do not increase our income, or exhaust all other possibilities, we will be forced to sell....low. Considering the next wave of forclosures ( residentials and commercials ).
Thanks Corrie. Sale of our home will be our last resort. The grim reality is that we will not be able to save the equity we have built up through the years. Especially when we have responsibly paid our mortgage and them some in our 10 years in the home. Which is also the only debt we have.

We need help to be able to afford to keep our home. Our lender is not willing to modify our current 30 yr fixed loan of 5.25%. Can you refer us to a reputable local company ?
