Found a tenant for a home.
Peter is a complete professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. He not only has assisted me with purchasing a home but he has also helped me find qualified tenants. His knowledge of the housing market is second to none and is my go to for all questions and inquiries regarding real estate.

Showed home in 2012 in Boston, MA.
Peter has always went above an beyond the responsibilities of a realtor. He's very attentive to my needs, and does whatever is needed to get the job done.
Last year, we found a property(short sale), bid on it and was due to close in July. When the bank finally accepted the offer, they gave us 30 days to close (no exceptions).
Peter called all the parties involved (Bank, City of Boston, Contractors) "everyday" to make sure everything was on track. Two days prior to closing we found out that the property had liens on it, and we were unable to close.
It's unheard of to get an approval through the bank, and funding through the city within 30 days (but it was done).
So, I may not have a home today, but I know with Peter working in my corner, it's just a matter of time.

Sold a home in 2012.
Peter has worked as my Realtor for two real estate transactions in very challenging real estate markets. He was my buyers's agent, also he was the listing agent for a property I sold. He represents the best interests of the client, and works with you for the long term. Also, he is very responsive when you have a question He understands every part of the transaction, working with the lawyers, the home inspection, the water dept, the tenants, the other real estate agents involved etc..This proved to be invaluable for me. Also, he will give you a realistic analysis of the price you should list your property, if you are thinking of selling. I highly recommend Peter, if you are selling a property, or buying and need a Realtor. Again, he truly represents the best interests of the client, and works with you for the long term.

Sold a home in 2013.
Peter is a very pleasant and polite person to deal with. He was very responsive to our emails and phone calls and got back to us right away whenever we contacted him about anything. He is a good communicator. He is very knowledgable and resourceful and helped us sell our home. We would highly recommend him!!
