Bought a Single Family home in 2008 in Meadowbrook, Seattle, WA.Summary:
Paul was very helpful in the process of buying my first home. but he especially went above and beyond the call of duty after the process was closed and there were problems with the house that we needed to address with the seller. Paul put himself out there as the mediator in that situation and demonstrated such willingness to stick by my side when technically his job was done. Thanks Paul!…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $300k in Haller Lake, Seattle, WA.Summary:
We were first time home buyers when we met Paul. Paul and his team were knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. They helped us learn every step. Paul had our best interest in mind all the time. He pointed out things only a seasoned expert would know. His whole team made the process of buying a home fun and took all the fear out of it. When you need someone to hold your hand and guide you blindly you have to really put your faith in them. Paul and his team earned our trust. He helped us set up a home inspection with one of the best in the field. We recommend him to everyone we know that is looking to buy a home. If we ever buy another home we will use Paul, but he helped us find the perfect home already!…More Less

Bought a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $375k in Crossroads, Bellevue, WA.Summary:
Paul and his team were extremely professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He is extremely well organized and has a system that helped me receive daily updates of homes for sale that met my exact criteria. This saved me time that might have been wasted on homes that didn't meet my needs. He was extremely responsive to any phone calls or emails. He spent all the time I needed when showing me homes I was interested in. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the pros and cons of different locations, builders, etc. When it came time to negotiate, he was skillful and strong. And throughout he gave me wonderful advice that kept me on track and realistic about the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend Paul and his team to anyone needing professional and effective real estate guidance.…More Less

About Paul Fennell
Add personality to your profile! Tell the community about yourself, your home, and your profession.
Paul began his real estate career 15 years ago as a buyers representative with Remax in the Kirkland/Bellevue area. After 1 year of working with an average of 2 buyers a month, Paul started presenting real estate seminars in the Puget Sound area. The seminar circuit included co-advertising with Seafirst ( Bank of America ), Countrywide, Wells Fargo, Washington Mutual, HomeStone Mortgage and Boeing Employees Credit Union. Paul averaged 5 seminars per month over a 7 year span. During this time, Paul started to train buyers agents and became the sales manager of a team that grew to 14 people. At this time Paul began to work on the listing side of transactions, working with sellers to get the most money for their homes. The team averaged a monthly sales volume of 10 million a month in total homes sales. As the team numbers grew, Paul turned to the concept of equity management. Through the proper use of a homes loan to value, Paul soon discovered that leverage allowed individuals to acquire multifamily properties. This was done through extensive planning and conservative number crunching. Now Paul is involved in Bank owned homes, Short sales, auction properties and pre-foreclosure properties. Paul also conducts weekely presentations on distressed homes and Verity Credit Seminars.
