Originally from Tallahassee, I attended Stetson University for four years where I earned a degree from the college of business with majors in marketing and business administration and minors in both management and electronic business technology.
Upon graduation, I returned to Tallahassee and was offered a management position with a locally owned real estate group specializing in the renovation of residential real property. My responsibilities included researching and acquiring properties, project cost analysis and hands on project management, the marketing of completed projects, and finally negotiating contract terms for either rent or the sale of the property. In 2003, I obtained my real estate sales associate license and contracted with Century 21 First Realty where I spent nearly five years as an independent contractor representing both buyers and sellers of real property. In that time, I successfully closed over $25 million in residential real estate sales, participated in multiple real estate development projects, managed income producing rental properties, and developed valuable relationships among the local business community.
In 2008, I transitioned to Keller Williams Town & Country Realty and earned my real estate broker's license. I have since formed both H2 Real Estate Group and H2 Mgt. LLC in an effort to continually offer my clients the most extensive menu of real estate services available while maintaining the level of care that they deserve and have come to expect from me and my team. I strive to not only provide a valuable service, but also to educate my clients while creating a positive real estate experience by utilizing the skills that I have learned/developed during my career.
