Hello! Let me start out by saying THANK YOU! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to tell you a little about me and why you should do business with me. Your time is valuable so I'll keep it brief. Real estate is my passion! I am a lifelong resident of the Jacksonville area and a full time Realtor. Jacksonville is a great place to grow up and it's been interesting to experience first hand the phenomenal growth we have experienced over the last 40 years. The areas of Jacksonville in which I do a large portion of my business are Mandarin, Southside, San Jose, all of Northwest St. Johns County which includes Julington Creek, CR 210, World Golf Village area (St. Augustine), and Fruit Cove, as well as Fleming Island in Clay County. My children have attended schools in both the Duval County and St. Johns County school districts. My goal is to be your agent for life! My experience, education, dedication, exceptional service, and willingness to work for what's best for you are business practices that enable me to be successful with this goal. My ranking in the TOP 50 Realtors of Jacksonville for 2007 (Jacksonville Business Journal) along with the 2007, 2008, 2009 & 2010 Best Customer Service Awards are reflective of my commitment to excellence.
