I began my real estate career in 1977, and have specialized in coastal North County residential real estate ever since. Born and raised in Coronado, I focus on homes along the coastal corridor between La Jolla and Carlsbad it was a natural choice.

In1983, I expanded my real estate expertise into the Rancho Santa Fe area, where I lived for a number of years in the Rancho Santa Fe Covenant, before relocating back to the coast.

Having extensive knowledge of these unique areas, the development & building industry, as well as experience with a range of economic market conditions over the past 33 years, it gave me an excellent sense of value and timing an invaluable benefit to my clients. My philosophy has always been consistent: my clients'''' best interests and priorities come first and foremost, in my professional representation of their needs.

I have consistently ranked in the top 1% of production among my counterparts in Prudential''''s Rancho Santa Fe office''''s, as well as in the top 1%, out of the company''''s 2,300 agents in San Diego County.

My husband and I worked with Polly 6 years ago to purchase our home. She did a great job for us then and another wonderful job with the sell this time. Her expertise helped us price the home right for current market conditions. It was her knowledge of getting the house exposed to as much traffic asap that helped us get 6 offers in 6 days. As a home owner it's great to have the sell go quickly and relieve the stress of maintaining show conditions every day. Polly did a great job negotiating with potential buyers so we could rent back until we could get into a new home. Polly also helped us in the purchase of another home. Her knowledge of home value helped us put in an offer that was acceptable to the sellers with minimal negotiation.

Sold a home in 2014 in Del Mar, CA.
