No cookie-cutter quotes or programs, but true individualized services established specifically for that customer through a teamwork approach, built between the customer and myself.
I believe that each customer is an unique individual with special financial needs and should be assisted accordingly. Again, I am hesitant to quote rates, programs, and costs (here or elsewhere) until I know the complete picture and hear the complete financial "story" of a customer. After compiling a complete and thorough history and discussing the goals of the customer, I then offer my professional advice on a course of action.
Because my customers constitute a variety of ages, income, credit/debt levels, and financial needs, I offer a full spectrum of lending programs ranging from First-Time Home Buyer Programs to Reverse Mortgages, Asset-Based Programs for Investors to Refinancing, FHA and VA Loans to out-of-state lending opportunities, and more. Mortgage Planning is stressed heavily, as my customer's home is most likely their largest debt ... and most valuable asset on which to build a healthy financial future. I pride myself on the continuing services I provide after the completion of a loan closing. My services do not stop at the closing table.
