Nope. If you bought form April 08 to December 31st 2008 Uncle Sam says F you. You have to pay it back.

It is only for first time buyers. Not sure of income limits. It does last until the end of August.

Old 7500 home credit?
Must the old loan stil be paid back? It sates the new law sun sets old law. I bought in 2008. I'm sure I ll have to repay.
