I just bought a home two weeks ago and the listing is still on here. The real estate Agent  posted it. Can I remove it myself? Or do I have to contact him to do so sicne he listed it?

This is how I got mine to work. I put in an offer and got the run around for six weeks. We called once or twice a week and they assured us that they were getting to it and kept giving us dates that came and went. I got pissed off and against advice of my agent pulled the offer, resumited a lower offer  detailing the decreasing values of homes and highlighted that the house just sitting was maiking it lose value. I also stated this was it I wasen't going to offer a higher bid. Low and behold i had an accpentence in two days.  

Does anyone know how this credit works? I can't find the details. I heard that you have to pay it back somehow?

That is 100% BS. I was in the same boat the deadline came and went and I heard not a word. I kept the offer on the table for 2 weeks after and pulled it. I came back with a LOWER offer, and guess what, they took it the next day. All of this of course was against the advice of my agent. He kept telling me I was going to blow the deal.
