I moved to Arizona in 1979 from Ohio and have been investing in Arizona real estate since 1980. After 20 years working in the electronics industry, including 17 years at Intel, I decided to increase my knowledge of real estate by becoming a realtor. I have a bachelor degree in Business, my Broker's License and am an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR). I am currently helping clients find multi and single family rental properties. My professional affilitations include the Southeast Valley Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. I am involved in the community - Member of the Tempe Chamber of Commerce, Lifetime member and Past Commodore of Lake Powell Yacht Club, a non-profit boating safety and boaters rights organization. I have traveled extensively and visited Australia, China, Ireland, Israel, the Philippines, Malaysia, Canada, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico and Mexico.
