I moved to Arizona in 1979 from Ohio and have been investing in Arizona real estate since 1980. I am currently helping clients find multi and single family rental properties as well as helping home buyers buy as the prices are the lowest they have been in years. My goal is to make sure my clients are well informed whether buying or selling or both. I try to ensure that my clients have all the information possible so they can make the best decision to meet their needs. With property values low and interest rates starting to rise now is the time to move up to a bigger home or down to a smaller home with less maintenance.
My professional affilitations include the Southeast Valley Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. I have traveled extensively and visited Australia, China, Ireland, Israel, the Philippines, Malaysia, Canada, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico and Mexico. After 20 years working in the electronics industry, including 17 years at Intel, I decided to increase my knowledge of real estate by becoming a realtor. I have a bachelor degree in Business, my Broker's License and am an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR)
I have extensive knowledge of the communities in the greater Phoenix area.
